3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation (for COD).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • COD orders may be cancelled if the customer fails to confirm via call or message.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 working hours.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–8 working days, depending on location.

  • Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

  • Samanzilla offers exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • We do not issue refunds for any reason, including delays or customer preference.

6. Payments

  • Payments are accepted via secure gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, etc.).

  • For COD orders, we reserve the right to verify orders before shipment.

  • We do not store your card or payment details.

All content on this Site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Samanzilla.
Reproduction, redistribution, or misuse of our content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Samanzilla will not be liable for any:

  • Product misuse or damage caused by the user.

  • Delay in delivery due to third-party logistics or unforeseen events.

Our total liability shall not exceed the order value of the product in question.
