Exchange Policy Overview

At Samanzilla, we’re committed to bringing you innovative, problem-solving, and high-quality products that make daily life simpler.
If you happen to receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for you.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Exchanges are only processed for genuine cases where the product received is faulty or incorrect.

To ensure a smooth experience, please inform us of any issue within 3 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).


Eligibility for Exchange

You can raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.

  • The item is incorrect (different product, model, or variant from what you ordered).

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Slight differences in color, texture, or design due to lighting or manufacturing variations.

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with after delivery.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email support@samanzilla.com within 3 days of delivery with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the product defect, incorrect item, or packaging damage.

  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm whether your order qualifies for an exchange.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide the return address for you to send the item back.


Exchange Process & Conditions

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Products returned in poor condition, used, or missing parts will not be eligible for exchange.

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.


If the Product Is Out of Stock

If the same product or variant is unavailable, you can choose to:

  • Exchange for another item of equal value, or

  • Receive a store credit for future purchases.

No cash or bank refunds will be issued.


Important Notes

  • Exchange requests are processed only once per order.

  • Do not accept any package that appears damaged or tampered with at delivery — report it immediately to our support team.

  • Samanzilla reserves the right to refuse exchanges if products don’t meet eligibility criteria.

  • Products bought during sales, offers, or using discount codes are not eligible for return or refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including delivery delays, size issues, or personal preferences.
