Thank you for shopping with Samanzilla!
We aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and transparently.


Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and a courier link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders across India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping address and courier network coverage.

  • In certain cases — such as remote areas, Jammu & Kashmir, or North-East India — delivery may take up to 10 working days.

  • In rare cases, due to high demand, customs, supplier delays, or extreme weather, delivery may take up to 14 working days.

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier name via email.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@samanzilla.com with your Order ID.
Our team will respond promptly and help you track your shipment.


Courier Partners

We ship using trusted and reliable courier companies such as:
Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, EcomExpress, DTDC, and India Post, depending on the delivery location and pincode serviceability.


Delivery Confirmation & Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please:

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or building security, as they may have accepted it on your behalf.

  2. If you still haven’t received it, inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification by emailing support@samanzilla.com.

We will immediately raise an investigation with the courier partner and keep you updated.
Investigations typically take 7–10 working days to resolve.

After the 48-hour reporting window, it becomes difficult to trace shipments, and Samanzilla cannot be held responsible for unreported delivery discrepancies.


Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or regional restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Courier or customs delays

We’ll always keep you informed if such delays occur.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it from the courier.
Take a photo and contact us immediately at support@samanzilla.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Currently, Samanzilla ships across India. International shipping options will be added soon.
