Refund & Cancellation Policy — Samanzilla

At Samanzilla, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We always strive to ensure that every product delivered is of excellent quality and matches its description.

However, due to the nature of our business model (dropshipping), we currently operate on an Exchange-Only Policy and do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for any reason other than:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In such cases, customers are eligible for an exchange only, as detailed in our Exchange Policy.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind or product preference.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier, customs, or weather conditions.

  • Slight differences in color, design, or packaging due to lighting or display variations.

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or using discount codes.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@samanzilla.com.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

After Shipment:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation request is received after dispatch, it will be treated as an exchange case (subject to eligibility).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if:

  • The customer does not confirm the order after verification, or

  • The delivery pincode is not serviceable for COD by our courier partners.

Repeated COD rejections or fake orders may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3. Store Credit (In Special Cases)

In rare situations where an exchange cannot be processed (for example, if the product is out of stock), we may issue a store credit equal to the order value.
This store credit can be used for future purchases on samanzilla.com and does not expire.
